Eligibility Requirements
Can my student attend a hybrid school/program and still use their ACE Scholarship?
In addition to traditional full-time in-person schools, ACE partners with schools who follow the University Model. This means that the student must attend in-person classes at the school for a minimum of 2 days a week for the entire school day.
Please be aware that if the tuition is discounted for the student, their award may change as ACE Scholarships will provide our standard award or no more than 50% of a school’s award, whichever is less.
Am I eligible?
ACE awards are needs-based, not merit-based. Eligibility is based on total income (which is line 9 on the 1040 for those who file) and household size. You can see our eligibility guidelines here (scroll down to select your state to see the guidelines for that state).
In order to be eligible, you must have fully completed and submitted your application by the deadline (April 15th at 11:59 PM).
