Enrollment Verification must be completed in FACTS by all ACE Partner Schools at the beginning of each semester (*with the exception of Louisiana Partner Schools who complete it quarterly). ACE will prompt schools to complete the information once the shared reports in FACTS opens each semester. This key step informs ACE whether awarded students are attending your school each semester to receive funds for the award.
Once Enrollment Verification is completed by all schools, funds will be sent to the school directly to be applied to the student’s account. Failure to complete the information by the deadline may result in delay of scholarship funds for the current term, and put the school at risk of no longer being a partner school with ACE Scholarships moving forward.
