Your school’s semesterly payment should reflect the enrollment report in FACTS. You can view your S1 and S2 Enrollment Verification reports in FACTS under Grant & Aid then Applications. Filter the report for students for which the current awards column is not empty. Then filter the report for students who are marked enrolled in that semester. You would receive ½ the award amount for all awarded, enrolled students in each semester. If your school is located in Kansas, Montana, or Arkansas, you will receive two separate payments for tax-credit and private awarded students.
If for some reason your payment amount does not equal ½ the amount reflected on the report, please reach out to your Programs Director contact at ACE.
