Your families have begun applying for ACE Scholarships on FACTS. What do you do now?
If families have a question about their FACTS account, please have them call FACTS customer support at (866) 441-4637.
Your first step is to keep an eye on those who have applied and make sure they are getting their applications completed and documents uploaded before April 15th.
- Verified means the application is 100% completed and documents are uploaded.
- Submitted means they have only started and submitted the application.
- Documents in Process means they have uploaded something, and those documents are currently being reviewed by FACTS.
ACE Scholarships will begin reviewing applications after the application window closes on April 15th at 11:59 PM.
We will notify schools after we have finished making our review and awards.
- We will send award notifications to families over the summer before the school year begins.
Here are the steps for families to follow:
Step #1: Apply/Enroll your student in one of ACE’s partner schools in your area. To see current partner schools, learn more about ACE, and see a list of requirements, please visit here, then scroll down to select your state.
Step #2: Apply for an ACE Scholarship on FACTS. You can find the link to apply here.
Step #3: Make sure that you have submitted your application (including all the correct documents and all application questions) on FACTS by the deadline: April 15th, 2024 at 11:59 PM in the time zone in which the school you are applying to resides.
Step #4: After you submit your application, you will have to wait a few days while FACTS processes your application and documents. FACTS will reach out to you via email if additional information is needed or if your application is complete. ACE will review applications after the application window closes on April 15th.
Step #5: ACE will send out award notifications to families over the summer before the school year begins. (Schools will be notified after we have finished making our review and awards.)
- If awarded, you will receive a link to accept the award and complete a survey. Complete this by the deadline.
Step #6: We will reach out to the school to confirm the awarded students’ enrollment in early September and send funds to the school directly once enrollment is confirmed. Families are responsible for working out a payment plan with the school for the remainder of the tuition that the award does not cover.
